Industrial Visit to "Eco Vision Industries"

Dronacharya Group of Institution, Greater Noida organized an industrial visit for 1st year MBA students to “Eco Vision Industries” under the supervision of Dr. Priya Satsangi (Associate Professor, HOD MBA) and Ms. Kanika Thakur (Assistant Professor) on the 10th January, 2023.
The objective of the industrial visit was to give an in-depth knowledge of the company and working methodologies to the students.
Eco Vision Industries began its operations in October 2008. This company is into manufacturing of tiles, fiber garden furniture, inter-locking floor tiles and pavers, GFRC Jali, Bracket Brick, etc. for the national as well as SAARC countries. ECO VISION is one of the largest companies, operating in Surajpur, Greater Noida for exports in popular garden furnishing articles.
Mr. Jitendra Pareek (Founder) and Mr. Sanjeev Arora (General Manager, HR, Admin & Sustainability), along with his team of ECO VISION Pvt. Ltd. welcomed the students of DGI and briefed students about the workings of company, along with the HR rules, finance, and introduced the students to heads of the various department.
The students got a chance to visit all the departments from the manufacturing unit to quality control, the refining area and logistics. The students learned how the teams of designer and trend experts work daily to ensure that the products are delivered at the right time. Perfect example of the work environment was observed in the company by taking care of all the workers in each way. The students were given a detailed explanation of how packaging is done, along with its distribution through logistics.
All the students were very excited to witness the manufacturing process of various items and asked inquisitive questions according to their specialization. The special motivation session enhanced positivity among all the students.
During the industrial visit, the students learned about the new policies and practices in the present scenario, which enhanced the confidence level of everyone.
